I don't as a rule use flick to state any opinion Political Religeous or other areas: However I am so upset at the death of this beautiful Woman I will on this occasion

Our Constitution Article 40.3.3 states
"If it were established, as a matter of probability, that there was a real and substantial risk to the life, as distinct from the health, of the mother and that this real and substantial risk could only be averted by the termination of her pregnancy, such a termination was lawful." (emphasis added).
However our Governments over 20 years have failed to enact the legislation required to allow for the above Act to be enshrined in LAW Shame on them all. Who are they afraid of. Pro lifers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
European Court finding: “Ireland’s failure to legislate to protect the rights of women has been clearly exposed by the European Court of Human Rights today. 16/12/2010
