Laserdisc
a Sony CRVDisc - double-sided 12" Laserdisc cartridge. These were write once, read many - the BBC generally used them for playing out idents and other bits of presentation, since they were random access and they didn't have to worry about the tape wearing out.
This one didn't have anything particularly exciting on it - just some bits of news graphics, and a very short clip of David Dimbleby in the old Millbank newsroom studio.
Nokia 3310 for scale (because there was one lying around).
