- Taken at 2:45 PM on April 16, 2007 - i'm so sad! that yogurt was expensive! i called fresh direct from the phone number i easily found at the bottom of their homepage... i clicked "our guarantee." i got a real person on the phone within 1 minute, and he said the $ would be refunded. good customer service, despite the minor pain of yogurtless mornings.
