- Taken at 12:15 PM on March 24, 2007 - four little lamb chops, waiting for the oven. spices are: ground coriander seeds, thyme, ground-up sea salt with five kinds of peppercorns and other herbs (that's from a nice jar "sel cinq poivres"). three small crushed garlic cloves, drizzle of olive oil.
