Murphy’s Haystacks

Murphy’s Haystacks near Streaky Bay, South Australia. Large pink granite boulders. Legend has it that they got their name from a passerby in a coach remarking that they looked like hay stacks from a distance. The owner of the farm was a Mr Murphy at the time and the name stuck.
