The Marr Residence is Saskatoon's oldest building still standing on its original site. Built in 1884 when there were barely 70 people in the city, the home served as a field hospital during the Northwest Rebellion.
I like that it's tucked away in a central YXE neighbourhood and people probably walk by it every day without knowing it's there.
