It's okay to not be okay
I love how our current generation is working diligently to smash through the stigma of talking about mental health! Honestly, no one is always okay. We all go through dark times, whether we talk about it or not and you shouldn’t let your mental health status decide your worth or value as a person. Some of us will never pull out of those dark times, and that’s okay! We can still find those moments worth smiling for, those people worth loving who love us in return, and most importantly HELP! We can find help. There are so many new resources popping up daily to help us get through the rain. So, I have compiled a small list of things we can all do to help our mental health that can be found on my blog. Just always remember that you matter and you are a beautiful soul worthy of love and happiness.
