Watching and Waiting

The land next to where I was working in Cayman was flooded during the passing of tropical storm Arlene and by the time I was there had a sizable population of frogs in varius states of development. This bird found a convinient perch and proceeded to clear the area around it. If anuone can idenitfy the type of bird please let me know.
