Eaton Fire Explodes In Size
The Eaton Fire has grown to more than 3.4 square miles, according to an update from CalFire. The fire is still 0% contained and more than 700 firefighters are working against the blaze.

Homes Destroyed Along Pacific Coast Highway
Homes were also ablaze alog Surfwood Road in the unincorporated area of Sunset Mesa, west of Pacific Palisades and east of Malibu.
A shopping center in Palisades Village caught fire as well as several homes surrounding it
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office located on Altadena Drive in Altadena, was evacuated
Several other structures were engulfed as well, including Palisades Charter High School in Pacific Palisades.
Malibu Feed Bin, a local pet supplies store that was in business since 1966, was destroyed by the Palisades Fire.
A nursing home in Pasadena Park, was evacuated due to the Eaton Fire.
