OOBs

Trying out the out of bounds process. I never did get how to do it from the tutorials I was reading using other programs besides PSP so I just figured out a different way to go about it. I'm using frames from the program rather than creating my own. Make a copy of whatever it is that I want to go oob and paste it in front of the frame. Not much erasing needed. Seems to work okay.
