Authentic Dumplings

Just within the last week my father in law announced a visit to Australia. With barely enough time to arrange all things to accomadate him (work leave, beds, cleaning the house etc) we just made the deadline and here he is!

 

Our reward? Handmade dumplings made with nothing but fresh ingrediants with tea direct from Beijing. Pretty neat I think!
