Quinoa Salad

Quinoa, a head of lettuce to bulk it up, cherry tomatoes, Japanese cucumbers, corn, red onion cut small, coriander. Dressing of honey, mustard, lime and a little bit of oil. It’s a really fresh and tasty salad combination!
