Pork Chop coated with rosemary and breadcrumbs

This was a really tasty pork chop. Serve with pear, rocket, walnut and cheese salad. Beautiful meal.

 

How to make it:

 

1. Chop up fresh rosemary finely/pop it in a blender. Add it to flour/breadcrumbs/pinch of salt, mix.

2. Wet the pork chops with milk, then coat it with the flour/breadcrumb mixture.

3. Fry till golden brown.

 

Really very simple, tasty meal.
