Hi Alex,

I have access to a Shear & Brake at work... They were formed...

 

A couple of other things I formed ( and saved money )

 

were my Trailing edges & Piper Channel ( See attachment )

 

The Stainless - I bought a 24 ga "Drop" for $60 bucks ( $3.00 per lbs )

 

The Piper channel is just "mild steel" , I bought a 24ga Drop for $7.80 ( .65 per lb - CR )

ACS wants 8-10 bucks for a 6' piece of the Piper channel , I made 16 and have material left.

( in the picture , that's a penny... just for size )
