Jackson surrendered by his family at the Arlington Animal Shelter

Jackson was surrendered by his family. The reason they listed for surrendering him, "he was getting old". He is another Schnauzer that had been neglected to the extreme. His nails for 4 inches long and he had a yellow urine soaked hairball that had encompassed his entire penis that was 5 inches long. Jackson is a permanent resident at his foster mom's house.
