I'm kicking this up to the top of the list because the image just received its 500th fav - exactly one year since it was originally posted. I thought that a milestone worth noting.
This photograph is now available as a US Postage Stamp here:
www.zazzle.com/products/product/product.asp?product_id=17...
Inspired by the all-time classic from Grandmaster Flash, this tee will be instantly recognized by the oldskool massive. Wear it out to your next warehouse party for that extra edge and up your street cred with the wrong crowd.
Back of the tee features a small razor blade.
I decided to give Zazzle a try last week. I took their postcard layout and divided it into quarters. From there I made 4 different mini-cards. After the cards arrived I trimmed them down by hand. Each finished card measures 2.5"x1.875. Next time I'll probably take advantage of the full bleed.

The model, Marielle Humblet, was standing in a huge air
supply fan that used to ventilate a mine many years ago.
I took this photo in Alsace at "Carreau Rodolphe". Great
place. You can view some studies here and the unedited
version of the above image here.

Don’t cry baby, you were born in a scary world,
you’d better get used to it. Don't cry, little man.
Every life has its own little dramas and we're all
scary in some ways. Also I wanted to show that
drawing or taking photos of flowers isn't always
"cute" but can also be powerful and meaningful...
(Sketch in progress and details at this link)

Cry Baby, Cry Baby
A poem by Katie Gabrielle
Cry Baby, Cry Baby
Why not smile
Don't say maybe
Sweet Cry Baby
What does it take
To get a smile out of you
Nothing is worth
Crying so loud
Stand tall like the sunflower
Smile and be proud
Cry Baby, Cry Baby
What could be so bad?
Tomorrow is another day
And you'll be glad
Turn around, turn around
And then you'll see
The world isn't so dark
And sad you won't be!
Cry Baby, Cry Baby
Calm those screams
Nothing is as bad
As it always seems

Helping clients open an online shop is one of the things She Who Controls Me does as a RL marketing consultant and computer tutor. It's fun and easy, and best of all, these shopping portals don't charge anything to open a shop, your investment will be your creativity, time and efforts.
If you are not an artist or photographer that's ok too, there are many legit sources out there for free to use art, for both personal and commercial use.
Or you can use an AI art engine to create beautiful imagery. She who controls me can teach you all of that good stuff!

The forbidden fruit! The little penguin men are looking for the key... You can view some details and other PvsC works at this link. I took this pic in Brussels with the Samsung Smart Camera NX20, provided by Samsung Electronics. Co., Ltd.
Note: "Forbidden fruit" is a metaphorical phrase that originates from the Genesis narrative concerning Adam and Eve. In the narrative, the fruit came from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and was eaten by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
As a metaphor, the phrase typically refers to any indulgence or pleasure that is considered illegal or immoral. It may also refer to something potentially dangerous or harmful, particularly relating to human sexuality.
In Western Europe, the fruit was often depicted as an apple. The larynx in the human throat, noticeably more prominent in males, was consequently called an Adam's apple, from a notion that it was caused by the forbidden fruit sticking from Adam's throat as he swallowed it (textual source: Wikipedia).

I mentioned that I might upload this full version, which the cropped head shot (waterfalls right) was taken from and posted some time ago. I probably won't be posting much over the next month or so as I am moving off the island (Trinidad) in the next few days and back to Toronto, which is where I moved from almost 5 years ago. I thank everyone at flickr for the encouragement, the kind words and especially for taking the time to view my images. blacqbook wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't for Trinidad's compelling nature calling on me to wander off and explore it's soil. I want to thank all the creatures who took time from their busy schedule to pose for me. I must also give thanks for the plants and trees for following the sun - and the sun in particular, which was the main reason I came here in the first place. I give special thanks for the water - at some point in the future, I hope to have a water set. I've been at flickr for almost 4 months, and find it to be a most intriguing and creative place. I originally joined flickr simply to have a place to store images to post to my blog www.blacqbook.blogspot.com/ but soon discovered that this destination was much much more. I now call flickr, the best site on the web. In closing, I would like to give thanks to everybody who modeled for me, many of whom inspired me greatly. I especially want to thank one particular aspiring, determined young model (pictured above), who I dubbed jahjah! I have too many good things to say about her, but will simply say this - I could photograph her 24/7, day in /day out. It will be some time before I run out of Images of Trinidad to post as in the heart of nature, the Show is non-stop. The future will be the future until it's the present. www.zazzle.com/blacqbook*/
