Band Arm Rotations are great for mobilising the shoulders, working the arms and opening/stretching the chest.

 

You only need a resistance band for this exercise.

 

How to do it:

 

* Come into a cross-legged or kneeling position.

* Hold the resistance band with your arms down and wide in front of you.

* Inhale, move your arms up over your head (see photo).

* Exhale, take your arms over and behind your back - opening your chest. You should feel a nice stretch in your upper chest.

* On the next inhale bring your arms back up (see photo); exhale and bring your arms down in front of you.

* Repeat 8-10 times.
