Stuck his neck out just in time

got a snack" I was photographing some flowers when I saw this guy coming out from some rocks. I layed on the grass and slowly rollled towards him, very slowly, one rotation at a time. He had no fear what so ever. I got as close as I could and still take a pic. (70-300mm so got pretty close) Coolest thing ever. I think this guy is so beautiful and to farmers he maybe quite the beast. HSoS
