Much like I enjoy shooting vintage cameras, I love writing with fountain pens. For years I have enjoyed crafting my own in my workshop. This is a closeup macro photo of the nib on my newest creation that I call “Night Writer” which is made of Ebony and Black Titanium.
The mighty writers union of Moldova is one of the institutions residing in this building with its Soviet era mosaic as main attraction.
The weather fitted the condition of the artwork.

Yes, I am suffering a bit of writer's block these days. This could be due to our collectively living in strange times. My RL is currently filled with the sounds of a hundred thousand Harley-Davidsons, drunken bikers and a seeming lack of concerns about the ever present pandemic. No wonder I spend the time that I do in Second Life; the only virus I have to worry about here is a computer virus. Kwai is doing her best to remind me of the Great Virtual Beach Tour. We will be getting back to that again soon. Nothing soothes the frayed nerves like a sandy beach under our ever bright virtual sun.
...well photographers block; struggling for inspiration, playing with DOF on my Macro lens and a pack of pencils to see if anything creative could occur.
