I name this scene with the same name as Rodin's great artwork, not only because its shape but also the whole atmosphere, when everything is frozen, the waterfall drains the whole world inside, as the gates of hell.
Roots of cypress trees are reaching down to embrace the river bottom. It's a quiet and beautiful world inside the river.

The Cathedral of Blessed Virgin Mary is a Gothic cathedral, created at the site of a mosque built by the Muslim Almohad dynasty. The Cathedral is the largest and one of the most magnificent Gothic churches in the world.
Inside there are wonderful treasures of Spanish history and culture.
In the northern part of transept there is a silver altar (Altar de Plata), which was supposed to be the main altar. On the opposite side of transept (south), the sarcophagus of Christopher Columbus was located.

Students at Florida Polytechnic Institute in Lakeland, Florida.
Opened in 2014, first graduating class in 2017. A STEM research and development institute (Sci, Tech, Engineering, Math) There are 6 major fields with 18 different concentrations from cyber security to robotics, to VR to gaming to building machines at a subatomic level, to 3D printing, etc. with applications ranging from entertainment to medicine to infinity and beyond.
These kids reeked of genius.

I’m looking for a world with less labels and more peace, civil rights and efforts for conservation of the natural resources. Except, most likely, it doesn’t exist.
Ppl in power told me that they’d keep us safe and there’d be no more wars with our natural enemies, whether human or non-human. Except, most likely, they lied.
I Googled and I found out that the world outside our skin is as much ourselves as the world inside. But peace can be made only by those who are peaceful, and love can be shown only by those who love. No work of love will flourish out of guilt, fear, or hollowness of heart, just as no valid plans for the future can be made by those who have no capacity for living now.
In fact, where is everybody?
This was my life. Except, most likely, it wasn’t.
Nitroglobus Gallery is having me for the 2nd time with “A Beautiful Collapse”, a new whole aesthetic and postapocalyptic collection about societal unraveling and the sharp decline of our general values. It provides a series of polaroids meant for a supreme entity to understand humankind and what led us to extinction.
There also will be a 3D artwork by Kaiju Kohime in the same spirit, called CRISP, and an opening party tomorrow, @ 12pm SLT, music selection by DJ Ferdy.

Jewels in the Grass – Dew on Persian Speedwell
Nature gives us jewels every morning, in silence, that we often miss. This Persian Speedwell (Veronica persica) has put on its most beautiful dress of tiny, sparkling dew drops. The largest drop acts as a perfect lens, refracting the light and hiding an entire small, magical world inside itself. It’s proof that beauty lies in the details, if we are willing to stop and look. Captured with Canon R7 and TTartisan RF 100mm macro X2.

Priroda nam svakog jutra, u tišini, poklanja dragulje koje često ne primijetimo. Ova Persijska čestoslavica (Veronica persica) obukla je svoju najljepšu haljinu od sitnih, sjajnih kapi rose. Najveća kap se ponaša kao savršeno zrcalo, prelamajući svjetlost i skrivajući u sebi cijeli jedan mali, čarobni svijet. (5/5) Premises by premises, public space by public space, inch by inch we hand over our belongings, our ownership to be treated back to safety and security. We trusted to be treated the way we should. We are trading our lives now. When our quarantines are broken, permissions issued, it is the system that is ready to 'treat' us, us and our diseases, us and our corpses, us and our insurances. Pegs return to stations, ready to turn and let turn.
Interestingly, an equality comes with this disease. We all have to line up to get inside the supermarket to get toilet paper or bleach. We all have to buy the unpopular pasta brand now. We all have to report to the young admission desk clerk to walk into the clinic. It is all military and we must be grateful. We certainly don't want to die like those people who are not as fortunate as we are.
What we treasure more, some consciously and some not, is the untouchable world inside, the ocean of consciousness, the land of the truly free. We hide in it, take refuge in it, treasure it.
With the question of how are you doing these days, we take our defenses up. What? Now you need to know what goes inside? "I'm all right. It's a small price to pay."
The fact is it is a huge price to pay. Here in America being was limited by confusion due to an abundance of options and now we are limited by our inabilities or even worse by lack of permissions. We lost permissions and those who do not want it, have to learn how to live without.
Old confusions due to a plethora of options are gone. Old choices are gone, old options, old confusions. We are limited by lacks, lack of permissions.
Now confusion belongs to those who push the limits without permissions or beyond permissions. Confusion belongs to those trying to separate themselves from collective security that government aparatus promises with no guarantee.
It's getting colder and colder and I'm trying very hard to see the positive aspects of the icy temperatures. Yesterday morning I found this icicle on the bird feeder in my garden. The sun was shining and revealed the beautiful world inside.
Does the little bit on the end of this shell look like a little shell eye to you too?
I like to think that there is a whole little world inside with little shell creatures looking at live feeds from the "eye" on little TV screens, analysing response tactics to the environment on their little shell computers, initiating their outer shell of silence until any potential danger has passed, and then cheering and jumping about and giving each other little shell creature high-fives. That little hole in the spirals under the eye is their emergency escape hatch I reckon. In an emergency, the ConchChime goes off and they throw a little shell creature ladder out the hole and make their escape while whatever they are escaping from is busy at the main entrance. There may have been a little hero shell creature stay behind to distract whoever they were escaping from, maybe named the Coral Crusader. I hope he/she made it out safely! Must be a tough life being a little shell creature, I'm exhausted just thinking about it!
PS - I like shells, but then again, who doesn't!
a man stood in the rain. or perhaps the rain stood around him. the world inside the glass was bright and loud, a celebration of orange and blue. but he remained on the outside, a shadow defined by the light he was not a part of. the umbrella was a small, black sky of his own, a temporary border against the world. and for a moment, everything was still.
