Battle of the Brew Bus Tours!
I shot this image as part of an advertisement for an event between The Maine Brew Bus (www.themainebrewbus.com/) and SLAB Sicilian Street (www.slabportland.com/) Food. The event was playing off the old TV show Battle of the Network Stars, thus the workout outfits and tug of war with the brewery hose. I wanted the look to be sort of bright and contrasty like a tv promo.

Camera: D800 w/24-70 f8.0 26mm, shot from below for the hero look but high enough to get the bus in the right position.
This is a 3 light setup.
One PCB Einstein in a grided octa boomed center left.
Added a PCB WLx800 in a grided strip soft box above the people aimed at the bus to illuminate top of the bus.
Originally there were going to be two people so when 4 got added I had to swing the octa left and added one PCB WLx800 with a 7" reflector camera right to bring back some balance.
Pre shoot I planned on placing strobes behind and on either side of the bus. When I showed up it was bright and sunny so I decided to park the bus with the sun behind and off to the side slightly and shoot into the sun. So the sun is a "4th light" in this scenario making a nice rim light
