Definitely the Swedish word of the day around Stockholm. Vårkänsla. Sring feeling. Could maybe get 12 C locally today. Fingers crossed.
I am one of those people that is always up-to-date with the current weather forecast. And I often chat with the meteorologists at SMHI. Yesterday, they told me that I could expect warm weather and a lot of sunshine over the next five days. This morning they said, never mind about what we said yesterday, we take it all back.

Quite long Swedish word of the day. Kärleksmumskladdkaka. Grocery shopping last evening, I got this cake as a gift from Mathem, which was nice. Delivered to my door this morning and enjoyed with whipped cream and coffee this afternoon.
Swedish Winter word of the day. Glashalt. Extremely slippery. Cycling towards Stockholm yesterday. This is a temporary walkway/bike path along Gamla Nynäsvägen, at Skogås, near the water tower. No way in hell I would bike down here. So I walked and nearly fell a few times. I cycled on the road on my way home, going the other way. Oh, and the bike path on the other side of the road, that I would normally use, is closed off.
Istapp. Icicle. Well, not any more, I guess it melted. Made me laugh though, which was good. So now it is just a tomkartong, which is also a fun word. It means an empty cardboard box.
Swedish word of the day. Åkattraktion. And a translation for Patrick. An amusement ride at Gröna Lund. Photographed from Beckholmen.
