VQ-BIP, a Boeing 737-700(WL) owned by GECAS, arriving back at Shannon Airport after completing a test flight, prior to its upcoming delivery to Yakutia Airlines.
Built in 2006, this aircraft was initially delivered to Slovakian airline Sky Europe, who operated it under registration OM-NGA, until it was seized by the lessor (GECAS) in January 2009. After the seizure, it was the leased to Turkey's Anadolu Jet. It carried registration TC-JFK until March 2012, when the lease transferred to SunExpress and it became TC-SAC. SunExpress continued to operate it for Anadolu Jet until mid 2014, then the lease trasnferred to SAS Scandinavian Airlines, with whom it carried registration SE-RJS. They operated until Feb 2020 when it was returned to GECAS. It was flown to Shannon on 4th September 2020, where it has been prepared for delivery to Yakutia.
