Interior of the former fruit and vegetable market. The central building re-opened as a shopping centre in 1980 and is now a tourist location containing cafes, pubs, small shops, and a craft market.
A paradox in the heart of Barcelona: as the city center hums with weekend energy, this corner holds onto its stillness. The monochrome palette leans into the absence - no crowds, no noise - turning a bustling restaurant into a quiet stage. Behind the counter, a young barista waits with visible boredom, her phone the only company.
A wall full of delicious wines & liqueurs in an Italian Resturant,
where we also enjoyed amazing food, in Punta Cana.
I had wanted to take a picture of this K6 telephone box in Woodford Green for a while; I hadn't realised how shabby it had become.
For those of a certain generation, who may remember a certain TV advertising campaign, the trendy wine bar in the background was previously a bank.
Over optimistic lights, Vines Winebar isn’t going to open anytime soon unless the world spins a little faster on its axis and COVID-19 evaporates.

This might be a little soft, it was taken one handed whilst holding an umbrella! I'm not sure what this place is called now, it used to be a tea room; Goose Gate, Nottingham.

Dozza, Italy
Dozza is an Italian comune in the province of Bologna. Dozza is known for its festival of the painted wall, which takes place every two years. During this festival, famous national and international artists paint steady works on the walls of the houses. A local landmark is the Sforza's Castle, whose cellars host Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna, the wineshop and winebar dedicated to oenologic products of Emilia-Romagna.
Grand'rue est le nom de l'artère principale de presque toutes les communes (villes comprises) d'Alsace. Ailleurs, comme les autres noms de rues, on préfère en faire des hommages à des grands Hommes. Pourtant, rien de mieux que des noms de rue avec une histoire pour bien découvrir un bourg.

My eye was drawn to the architectural details here, especially the enclosed pedestrian bridge overhead, but my curiosity was piqued by the pink sign, "Terroir," on what appears to be a repurposed shipping container. The word seems very close to "terror" or "terrace," but is actually a French word for the environmental conditions, especially soil and climate, in which grapes are grown and that give a wine its unique flavor and aroma. The Internet tells me that "Terroir On The Porch" is a very popular winebar where crowds gather in the warm weather to watch the sun set over the Hudson River and New York Harbor. It's the only venue on the High Line that has a liquor license, and is rumored to be way over-priced. -- W. 15th Street on the High Line, NYC -- March 28, 2019
