It shows a central figure of St Luke, holding a bunch of healing herbs ( his saintly attribute as a doctor) and a book ( his attribute as an apostle and evangelist). The smaller pictures illustrate various episodes from the life of St Luke.

Sometimes all you need is a big window and natural light. I couldn't get enough of this loft and the wedding dress designer who calls it home.
With the gloomy wet weather of recent, there isn't much to shoot here, so I dig out (as some may be guessing) past unprocessed shots - I've got plenty of those :)
The bay window view was a panorama in itself and we never tired of standing here and looking out! It was certainly a bedroom for the master of the house.
On our way to Sweden we spent a few days in Copenhagen. Not long enough to see everything, but long enough to make me want to return.

I do love the windows of our apartment house corridor.
Sadly this picture doesn't came out like I wished. But it's my fault, I'm a month late. Actually I wanted to take this shot while the sun is shining trough so that you can see the whole glory of these coloured windows. But the sun don't reach this window in August. Maybe I should try it again next June or July.
Anyway, I wish you a nice week. I'm some days off for viisting my family.
See you!

Commemorative window by Steven Cartwright (daffodils and robin painted by me) installed in the north chancel window in March 2017.

The tiny rural church of St Michael at Rochford is a simple two-cell structure dating back to Norman times (as witnessed by the weathered blocked doorway on the north side). It is a building of some interest, despite its Victorian restoration, and contains some interesting glass including in the chancel an early window by Morris and a recently installed commemorative window designed by Steven Cartwright.
A triple bay window at West Park Asylum sits with paint peeling and its net curtains rotting as time passes...but to me this is beauty...It simply beats Megan Fox and Angelina Jolie, however if either want to get in touch i'm free most nights apart from thursdays when i'm at night school doing cake decorating..lol
