Well, you're not allowed in here to photograph. Anything. So this was the best I could do. A snap and run. LOL!
The Quaker City National Bank Building, at 721 Chestnut Street, was built in was built in 1888-89 as part of a building at 713-21, designed by Willis G. Hale, which housed three small banks. Only the Quaker City Bank portion, the western-most part of the building, survived, redesigned by Paul Philippe Cret in 1923. As of 2013, the bank has moved out.

The Divine Lorraine Hotel
(aka Lorraine Hotel, Lorraine Apartments)
699 N Broad Street
Built 1892-93, Willis G. Hale architect
One of Father Divine's most famous buildings, he acquired the Lorraine Hotel in 1948 and it soon became Philadelphia's first integrated hotel. There is plenty of information on the building on the internet, but wikipedia has a nice overview:

This ca. 1886 house is part of a wonderful set designed by Willis G. Hale. (See also 1516 North Seventeenth, also in this album.) It is pleasant to think that some of this glass is prismatic.

someguyinphilly: @graylightning218 It was originally a bank, I think. It's been just about everything since then. It was abandoned for a while but it's finally being restored. It's in Philadelphia, and called the Hale Building. Check it out if you like architecture, the history of it is pretty cool.
