for years I placed value into someone that didn’t give two shits about me or my wellbeing, that lied and cheated repeatedly, that had me questioning myself outta wanting, needing and feeling the lies i was being told, I had to believe outta loving him deeply, even on SL feelings are and can be very damn real.... for years I loved someone that didn’t value my worth, didn’t appreciate the fact that no matter what I’d always choose him over anything and anyone else..... even on sl being cheated on hurts! deeply. However, him doing so, him continuing to lie about his infidelity which I would of even been willing to work through, out of being a woman of loyalty, honesty, and morals, the truth would of had me stay, for truth shows vulnerability and shows regret when you’ve wronged. However, the lie, allowed me to get my me back allowed me to learn shit about myself on a rl platform. Nobody in this world is perfect, but baby, if you find someone willing to accept your flaws, even on this game, and at your core, don’t dare turn on them! Nothing in this world is perfect, and nothing perfect or easy, holds any value. Anyone that can know your deepest truth(s) and they still want to love you, They are rare.... I am rare..... I am real.... I am human.... I am a true Queen with morals...... I deserve better then what I was subjecting myself to on this platform... simply outta wanting a COMPANION..... this time alone is/has taught me being single can be better then being with someone that does not value you or your worth! Learning to re-love me at my core, after hurt, lies and betrayal is the best shit I’ve done!!! AND BAYYY BEEE THE GLOW UP IS REAL!!! when we release what we dont need and what don't serve us, we not only grow, but we mother fucking GLOW! #Single&Happy!

A vibrant Caribbean Flamingo wades gracefully through shallow water, its bright pink and orange plumage standing out against the greenish-blue water and reeds. The image captures the flamingo in its natural habitat, showcasing its elegant posture and distinctive features.

People are still wearing masks and following the social distancing protocol in the park. But it is more important to keep healthy by exercising.. and getting some fresh air.

Curbar Edge. Such a familiar view it feels like home. One of the reasons we photograph these places? It gives a good sense of wellbeing and connects us to these beautiful places we visit.

Thanks for looking.

Nercwys Forest on a cold January morning as we headed off into Bryn Alyn on what can only be described as a stunning hike with incredible views and landscape, the forest is situated Near Mold in North Wales UK.

Spring has returned, but this poor Lomo Color 100 roll was struggling to hold it together. Or maybe my developer was struggling. Or a bit of both. We're all struggling right now, trying to hold on, hold it together.

But this rainbow from last September, when the world didn't see so insane, was a little slice of perfection.

I took one day trip after my ill-fated July excursion. I walked along the banks of Crab Creek and then worked my weary way up into the heights above.

It wasn't meant to be a strenuous hike, but I was exhausted most of the time.

Over the winter, I've tried to keep in some sort of shape. I walk about five miles a day and I assume that's helping.

Next weekend will (likely) be my first day of the year back east. I plan on doing a few smaller hikes/walks mostly to keep warm and wear myself out. But I'm excited to get back. I miss the place when I'm away.

I could have decided to go today, but the weather report called for all clear skies. I'll gamble and wait for some clouds next weekend.

No camping yet, though. If I have to, I'm fine with camping in the low 30s, but if I don't have to (and I don't), I'd rather not.

Enjoy your day and thanks for your visits:)

I met this little group in my park the other day. They are part of Wheels for Wellbeing (wheelsforwellbeing.org.uk/) that provides disabled people with mobility; the gent on the left had had a stroke. The young lady allowed me to have a go on hers & it was wonderful! I quite fancy one!

Here are three shots of the ice in lake Ontario, in the Humber Bay Marina in Toronto. This shot was taken yesterday.

Thanks for your visits and enjoy your weekend:)

I think I could stay in that place basically forever.

It was wonderful, just wonderful, to hear the waves 'breathing' back and forth, feel the wind (and rain) in my face (and lens...), sense the power of the ocean and its relentless domain over the environment... just an incredible feeling of peace and well being that is difficult to explain.

This was taken on a photoshoot of mine a while back, the 1st one I've done of a new baby but was enjoyable and a great learning experience.

Most of us don't understand the strain Coronavirus has put on the NHS (and health providers world wide), remember the NHS isn't just an organisation its real people. People with all of the normal day to day worries and concerns just like you and me - that have been thrust into the front line were more British people have died than in all of the armed conflicts since word war II added together.

The theme this year was ' Health and Wellbeing ' which meant all aspects of the pageant in Liverpool City Centre on June 5th was for a much healthier emphasis on lifestyles as hundreds took to the streets for a vibrant and colourful pageant with a difference !

(Still no PC, be using my Lil' Sis's when I visit her every couple of days to either upload or comment, no time for both)

There wasn’t a petrol powered vehicle in sight – everything was to be run by foot, solar, battery or pedal power making this the most environmentally and fitness friendly Lord Mayors Pageant ever !

The parade made its way through the city centre on a loop circuit for about 100mins and the delightful dancers never stopped once despite it being an extremely hot day, a pleasant change to last year when it rained non stop during the pageant !

With thanks to Helen. The funniest thing about this shoot. My wife was perched under Helen trying to make sure she felt safe and then a wave came and got her! And she was laughing like an idiot. Earlier, Helen had been right by the water's edge and also got 'got' by a wave, and I also got 'got'. So, we all got 'got'. :) What a lovely day in amongst the middle of this madness.
