This weed has been growing outside our front door for a while. I keep meaning to get rid of it, but I'm always rushing past. It's actually developed this weird pretty flower type thing on it now.

I saw this weed near my work and liked it's leaf coloration. (Yes, I noticed weeds on the side of the road) It kinda reminds my of one of my 99¢ Store Coleus. I'll have to upload of photo of it to compare foliage.
