This dessert was served at a wedding reception I attended. It is a hand decorated cup made of milk chocolate filled with a chocolate fondant, topped with a selection of Belgian chocolates, chocolate roulade biscuits, and broken pieces of hand-painted chocolate bark served with fresh British strawberries and rasberries then covered with a generous amount of English cream. Willy Wonka must have dreamt this up it is so rich and choc-a licious! You will think you have died and gone to....well, you know.
