From a website: Located in the Western Rhodopes of Bulgaria, Devil’s Throat Cave is a popular attraction for tourists, spelunkers, and photographers as a subterranean paradise. Enormous and slightly malevolent, the cave descends straight in the depths of hell, with the waters of the Trigrad River plunging 137 ft. into “The Hall of Thunder”. The second largest cavern in the country, the Hall of Thunder houses a funnel through which the water escapes, flowing 500 more feet before joining itself with an underground river. It is this this underground river that presents the most interesting feature of the cave—nothing carried into the Devil’s Mouth Cave by the river ever surfaces from it on the other side.

Spent the holiday weekend doing some much needed updating. I do graphic and web design, yet my own site had been falling sadly out of date. Today I finished creating an entirely new look and feel.
*finally!!*
I plan to add actual pages for the photography and artwork... and THEN probably link to the additional websites from within the pages. For now though, this seems like a good start.

ETIQUETTE MOI (LABEL ME) consisted of a wallet and a messenger bag made with recycled denim labels. The collection grows 2 messengers bags, a woman bag and a large bag Bowling/Travel Bag. All straps will be with brown recycled seatbelt and edges will be in brown leather, and metal buckles brushed steel. The interior will be of recycled jeans. 3 Stoosl are also published.
All these designs are made by Jean-Marc Attia from the upcycling company Marron Rouge in France.

From the website of the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation: "Sculptor Karl Illava (1896–1954) created this dynamic bronze figural group depicting seven larger-than-life-sized World War I foot soldiers in battle. The piece, set on a massive stepped granite platform designed by architects Rogers and Haneman, was donated by the Seventh Regiment New York 107th United Infantry Memorial Committee and was dedicated September 27, 1927. Taking advantage of its position at the end of East 67th Street at Fifth Avenue, Illava’s 'doughboys' are in active poses, advancing from the wooded thicket bordering Central Park, as if mounting a charge. Illava drew from his own experience serving as a sergeant with the 107th, and even used his own hands as models for the soldiers’ hands."

Looking up from underneath an Electricity Pylon. Before anybody comments on the safety and legalities of standing underneath a pylon, this is the route that the signed public footpath took... so while it may not necessarily have been safe, it was certainly legal! (The footpath then led across a 70mph dual carriageway with no marked crossing as such...)
