Jason Fried at 37 Signals recently described this as "the gold standard in information-heavy web design". I disagree. 2 banner ads, a popup, graphical text and informationless icons, to me, don't add up to the gold standard of anything but mediocrity. But then again I don't use it so what do I know?

The gamerDNA member home page delivered an experience of relevance to our members. It was run by a smart engine that understood what games a member enjoyed playing and delivered interesting content relevant to their gaming taste.

Wigan and Leigh College is a General Further and Higher Education College based at six locations in the towns of Wigan and Leigh in Greater Manchester.
The specification given to Thomas Cole was to produce a fresh web site that was good looking, dynamic and that improved on the current, but out of date branding and styling.
The result is a high quality and formal web site that showcases the College and it's courses in a professional manner.
