This is fully redesigned larger version from my previous 2011 v02 design and is structurally superior and free standing stable (a drawback of the previous).
This Mecha Warrior design is my latest homage to humanoid, android, Japanese mecha design. I added blaster systems in both arms to weaponize him below the shoulder plates and below the forearms on both arms and a central chest array.
The upper body uses 4x of my oval subunit while the head, arms, and legs are solid using layering techniques.

Lighting effects done in camera using a color changing LED flashlight and green laser pointer with no post processing.

Part of the ongoing mission of the New Mexico National Guard’s 64th Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction) is to continue a working relationship with local first responders statewide. In order to fulfill this mission, the team members offer training to firefighters, hazardous materials professionals and other law enforcement and emergency technicians. Approximately 20 people from Raton Fire Department; Miami Volunteer Fire Department; City of Angel Fire, Fire Department; and volunteers from Union, Harding and Colfax counties participated in the weeklong event June 1-5, 2015. He has been honored by the State Foundation on Culture & the Arts, and studied with such notable experts as archeologist Dr. Yosihiko Sinoto; woodcrafter Wright Bowman Sr., cultural authority and hanai (adoptive) father, Kahauanu Lake; stone master George Fujinaga; master weavers Patrick Horimoto and Raymond Nakama and lua (martial arts) experts Richard Paglinawan and Moke Kalauokalani.

After scouring all the gaming and general geekery shops in town for weeks, I FINALLY managed to find some Assassin's Creed II figures in Forbidden Planet today! :D He's very photogenic so expect more portraits! :P
Annoyingly the articulation really isn't what I was hoping for - the arms are ok and the head can be moved but the legs are terrible. ¬¬ I was really hoping I could get him into a sitting pose so I could buy/make a bench and have him sitting on it as if hiding from guards but alas. :( One hand keeps falling off too as it doesn't quite fit onto the ball joint properly so I'll need to keep an eye on it. The painting and sculpting's excellent however and it's a very good likeness to Ezio! He only came with one hidden blade and no other weaponry so I'll need to procure him a sword I think...
I want to go back and get the normal version (I got the Master Assassin version with only one hidden blade and more armour) so I can repaint it to 'Tuscan Ember' - my favourite dye in the game.

U.S. soldier in basic training, learning how to fire and control an Ak-47. Outdated Russian weapons, but Uncle Sam wants men to know how to use their enemies weapons. Sadly this Pfc. has a way to go if he wants to pass the test in two weeks. He still has to learn how to turn off the safety.
