Zoals ik bij de vorige foto al omschreef, is het moeilijk om voor een foto van de stoomtrein een leuke plek te vinden in het park.
Na het bezichtigen van de tweede Aquanura watershow liep ik westwaarts langs het spoor en stuitte ik op een pad dat naar een gesloten hek leidde. Achter het hek was het spoor vrij van begroeiing en kon de stoomtrein nog een keer gefotografeerd worden. Niet in de volle lengte, maar wel een leuke plek zonder dat mensen links en rechts voorbij lopen.

The Port of Los Angeles fountain show is accompanied by music, and is a great frame for the sleek and curving bridge in San Pedro that spans the main channel and turning basin of LA Harbor. There are few 'open' views this close.... a loud birthday party for a very big home-boy and his bigger friends was rockin'-on when I 'scouted' this shooting spot. They poured outside, and I was relieved at what a happy bunch of drunk people they were! I've already sent a copy of this to Rich.... happy birthday Rich!
Most of the bright yellow lights are the cargo shipping container operations (2 of the cranes are visible). I don't think these lights are ever 'dark'.
The Bellagio Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada has a dancing water fountain. I used the Dream Lens to get a short 1/4000 sec exposure to "freeze" the water. Some water is flowing up, some is falling down.
I processed a balanced and a photographic HDR photo from a RAW exposure, merged them selectively, carefully adjusted the curves, and desaturated the image. I welcome and appreciate constructive feedback.

By the time I arrived here there were a gazillion people (spectators) in position making it impossible to get an unobstructed vantage point to this most beautiful water spectacle, so I went with what I had available: I included the silhouettes for added effect.

Note: The Water-Show is under construction until April 2026. You may be lucky to see it before @ around 18:30 o´clock.

Very short suspended instant, when turning off the water supply
The fountains are set in a 8-acre / 3.2 ha manmade lake. The show takes place every 30 minutes in the afternoons and early evenings, and every 15 minutes from 8 pm to midnight. The fountains are visible from numerous vantage points on the Strip, both from the street and neighboring structures.
The performance from one of the best member.

Diameter of HIGH ROLLER is 520-foot / 158 m). It opened to the public on March 31, 2014 and is currently the No.1 of world's tallest Ferris wheel's.
At night the wheel is illuminated by a 2,000-LED system which can display a single solid color, differently colored sections, multiple colors moving around the rim and custom displays for special events and holidays.

Nightly water show in front of the Bellagio Hotel. The water show is synchronized to music & quite impressive.
Across the waterfront, starting the Spectra Light and Watershow, Marina Bay Sands lighted up the skyline of the city with Singapore Flyer, the Helix Bridge and iconic lotus roof of Artscience Museum completing the scene..
