What do you see?

I see a grumpy face with big eyes and a big brown nose, wearing a tiny hat…... you too? ;-)

Wall art caused by dilapidation.

Creating some much needed home decorations!

From the series: "Search for traces"

In 2008, I took the upcoming series of photos of graffiti / wall art series in Vienna along the of the Danube canal called “Donau Lände”.

Every time I'm in Vienna (I'm almost half Viennese on my mother's side) I have to go there and every time there's new graffiti that I'm excited about.

Beautiful wall grphite and abandoned electric kickboard.....

Karoo Art Hotel, Barrydale

I just had to ‘capture’ this! On sale at a local diy multi market that is strong on crafts and wall art of all sorts. It’s about 3ft square! Big - just like in prehistoric times.

When I was in San Miguel a few years back, this otherwise charming alley was defaced with ugly graffiti. I was happy to find that, now, there are a number of artistic/more pleasant renderings and murals along the way.

Wall art in the Roosevelt District of downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

Salamanca, Spain

From that wall it is recognized that Antonio de Nebrija, an excellent Spanish character, lived in that house, who among other things wrote the Castilian Grammar in 1492. He made Spanish the world's first language, with documented grammar rules. - Information kindly suppled by fellow Flickr member, Paco Carrascosa.

The school bus is so different from the type driving in Europe that it almost looks to me as if it has come out of the mural :-)
