Golden hour on the rocky coast of Cyprus, where waves and sunset light meet the Mediterranean Sea. Captured with Canon R8.

Some places feel unreal even before you press the shutter.

This hidden “Dragon’s Eye” in Lofoten was one of them.

The day was far from perfect — heavy clouds covered the sky, rain had passed only a few hours earlier, and the tide was unusually high. For a moment, it felt like the conditions would make the shot impossible. But sometimes landscape photography is exactly about that: adapting, waiting, and finding beauty in imperfect weather.

Despite the rough conditions, I managed to capture this fleeting reflection surrounded by the wild Arctic landscape of Norway. Moments like this are the reason I keep chasing remote places and unpredictable light.

Lofoten never makes it easy, and maybe that’s what makes it unforgettable.

There is a mist covering the farmland, and the landscape appears in fifty shades of grey.
