My 4th attempt.
Still studying the shadows. The more I do this the more I learn.
Also looking into ways of doing the vector work faster.
I wasn't going to make one today but with a tornado warning going and what not I sat down and couldn't stop.
This is my older sister Mona.
She has been the scout, and guide for me and my younger sister through our years growing up, she has tried everything and has advices for us whatever it is.
Not sure where we would be without her!
I was requested to do vector portraits for the board of directors at work. The request was for something with a realistic feel, and this is the outcome.

A very interesting and quirky character, Vector was our native bus driver on a recent geology trip to Ireland. Funny, extremely generous and helpful, very dependable and can get things done, sometimes in very weird ways. We were very lucky to have them and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make our life easier.
This is one of the very few time (maybe the only time) I caught him with out a smile or laugh on his face.

All the bulbs on Vector are #555 wedges. From left to right fitted in the 2x, 3x and 5x inserts are Concave, Superbright and Premium 2 in green.

Old (late 1800s I think) illustration of Jupiter. The Great Red Spot (here, white) is easily apparent.
I took a normal raster image, converted it to a vector (hence the grayscaleness) and then back to a vector.
Vectorized version of a picture of one of Yubari, Hokkaido's mascots - this one used to promote the Yubari Film Festival, held in the late winter every year (financial conditions permitting). This was on a map at the Yutetsu Bus Terminal.
