Utah turns green in the spring, but the color doesn't last long, and soon this area will be brown and Currant Creek; a small trickle. This is part of Goshen Canyon and the Wasatch Range in the background.
This was shot in Arches National Park and this small beautiful canyon was used for the opening sequence in the movie Indiana Jones and the last crusades.

This place is where early Mormons settled. It's no wonder why they chose these spots; they are splendid!
One thing I love about the American Southwest. There is such an abundance of beautiful vistas to see. Taken at Arches National Park.
Southern Utah landscape can be barren but beautiful in its own unique way. This is a location I will visit a few times in the hope of catching it with snow and some spring color.
GPS is not the exact spot of the shot.

Bryce Canyon National Park, a sprawling reserve in southern Utah, is known for crimson-colored hoodoos, which are spire-shaped rock formations. The park’s main road leads past the expansive Bryce Amphitheater, a hoodoo-filled depression lying below the Rim Trail hiking path. It has overlooks at Sunrise Point, Sunset Point, Inspiration Point and Bryce Point. Prime viewing times are around sunup and sundown.
