One of the highlights in the Alabama Hills area is the mobius arch. I've been here a few times but my hip wasn't in good enough shape to take the hike in the past. This time with my new hip, the arch was on my bucket list.
I was surprised on how short the hike actually was. It's only a little over a half mile long with a few ups and downs through the rock features. My biggest concern was a few of the rock steps had a lot of sand and gravel on them and I didn't want to slip. All was good though and I had a great hike. This was my best effort at the arch and next time I will probably focus on taking a picture from the other side looking towards the Eastern Sierras. If you like to hike, this one in the Alabama Hills is worthy.
These are BIG airplanes. it's one thing to see them from a distance, quite another to get up close. People had a chance to go inside this one. One of many great exhibits at this show.
