Molyvos, the picturesque seaside village of North Aegean island of Lesvos, is facing heavy economic damage this summer, due to Covid-19, following a sharp drop in tourist traffic in recent years due to the refugee problem.

HOORN - The Markermeerdijk between Hoorn and Amsterdam is 33 km long. This dike protects 1.2 million inhabitants of low-lying North Holland. It has not proved stable enough and needs to be strengthened. In Hoorn combined with a Beach.

In all it's divine glory....the essence of a Tiger lily !
This is the beginning of several shots that i will present to you dear Flickr friends. I came across an amazing sight of one very tall stock that stemmed 12 Tiger Lilies. Though they all were not yet in bloom i decided of course to shoot the individual ones that were blooming. I kept coming back each day to see if more of the 12 had bloomed. In this shot you can see one that is fully bloomed and two above that are soon to bloom...reaching for the essence to bloom. As you will see in the upcoming days different views of different blooming Tiger Lilies from this same stock....Enjoy !

Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we call the full moon closest to the autumn equinox the Harvest Moon. In 2020, the Northern Hemisphere autumn equinox came on September 22. Thus, for the Northern Hemisphere, this upcoming full moon on October 1 – the full moon closest to our autumn equinox – is our Harvest Moon.
On a clear and sunny morning the fog was there in 4 minutes. This is the look when it came ,the sun still shining on me.

Sometimes it is the puristic minimalism that attracts us!
I decided to use this Image for the upcoming theme called "A single blade of grass" as this one is real puristic. I tokk this image quite a while ago and never thought about it anymore. When i read the new theme i reminded me about that one and thought i might give it a try. It is even that long ago that i used my old X-T30 for it.
