One of the more unusual photos I took during this years Photo24 event........ During our midnight photowalk Dan Clarke of #uk.spinners created a glowing orb for us by spinning a small torch on a bit of rope for 13 seconds. Having tried this at LightpaintersUK meetup's I can confirm there's far more skill in spinning the orb than there is in photographing it.

Taken at gone 1am during a group photowalk around the city. It's fair to say we got some funny looks from drunk people as they were staggering home......

Day 74: We had lots of fun last night playing with steel wool & capturing some portraiture 🔥 My first time trying the steel wool effect & I had fun trying to capture a #DoubleExposure of sorts at the same time. in december 2011 we did a swap through our "uk Spinners Secret Santa"...and my partner sent me the most wonderful skeins and batts of fleece to play with...as a realtive newbie to this i have to say this gets me brain ticking and myt spine shivering...i can't wait to get my hands on this and get spinning!!!!!
