What "usability expert" decided it was best to have Clear Form (something you really don't see anymore in the first place) receive default TAB focus when pushing off from the last field in the form?
Every time I use this form (about twice a year for my 6mo policy), I always tab into and clear the form before refilling and resubmitting. I use it twice a year, because they have some non-standard, ultra-goofy password policy as well.
