Dead wildflowers in an urban garden

for a Happy Blue Monday!

Wilting Cape Daisy / Kapkörbchen (Osteospermum)

last spring in our garden - Frankfurt-Nordend

After a long summer break beginning in May, the cape daisies are beginning to bloom again now ... they probably are still in South African 'mode' !?

I had much fun making this twisted abstract. Thanks to Alfred Grupstra :)

Lensbaby Trio 28, Twist

A rainbow twist lollipop turned out to be the perfect subject for this week's Macro Mondays theme of "Candy". Actually Licorice All Sorts was my first pick but no All Sorts were to be found in my area. The lollipop measures app. 1 inch X 1 inch.

I found this little twisted cherry tree on an evening walk just as the sun was about to set.

Happy Macro Monday!

Intentional camera movement in an autumn lit beech forest. Not everyone's cup of tea but an alternative view...with a happy accident thanks to unsteady hands to twist the pattern slightly, rather than just a vertical movement

Took a piece of copper wire, rolled then wrapped it, in the twists of the roll you can see the copper crack. 3/4 of inch square frame.
