After years of longing, I finally ordered my Madsen. I wanted to show how much fun my family has been having with it, so I decided to document our rides and adventures.

It was delivered right before a rainy week here in New Jersey, so when we were finally able to take it out we were all beyond thrilled. After minor tinkering, it is everything I imagined.

This weekend Hemingway Design brought their event 'Fine Tuned' back to the Royal Albert Dock, For the second time on the 14th and 15th July 2018, they are presenting a ‘fine tuned’ collection of fiercely independent designer makers, street food vendors, vintage traders, performers, and classic car displays. Taking place at the Royal Albert Dock, the city’s cultural and leisure epicenter for Liverpool, Fine Tuned pays homage to iconic styles of bygone eras whilst showcasing future trends; as the Hemingway family partner with the host venue for the 3rd consecutive year. A place to play, see, eat, drink and stay; this vibrant, historic waterfront location is a natural home for Fine Tuned, as it blends new with old and classic with contemporary.

Just having a beer in a back street bar in Havana, sitting at a nearby table was a youg woman tuning her violin, incongruous, so calm amongst the hustle & bustle of the street life (and bacground of Cuban Music' on the radio.)
