Today's celebrations were because it is Huw's Birthday. We were forced indoors to eat because of the high winds , but what was really good about it is that we were joined by our son's family - here is one of the scones he'd made at home this morning delivered fresh to us.
Of course we weren't expecting this so had booked ourselves a Jubilee Afternoon Tea for two delivered to our home..............
I have just been playing catch ups from everyone's stream today and I have just been overwhelmed by everyone's amazing uploads and photostream. I am grateful for the roof over our head and that we are blessed with what we have during this economic crisis. I always try to remind myself that things can be much worse. I am blessed to have my hubby here with our family for the holidays. I am grateful for my wonderful family and friends... the support and love that we share. I am truly blessed!

I'm traveling in Spain right now, and today, I managed to put a check in one of my travel bucket list items - to see the Running of the Bulls festival in Pamplona. What a wonderful day it was today, in spite of waking up at 5:15 a.m. to get to our balcony to watch the bull run. I am over the moon, and I'm very thankful to have the opportunity to travel and see this, along with my family. #TrulyBlessed

She's a lucky baby, and I'm a lucky man. What a wonderful wife and mother she is. There are no two people on earth as blessed and we are to have her.
This should be our last night in the hospital. Everyone at home will be so nice!
A week ago today my better half had surgery to fix her faulty heart. Today she is up and around and back to (almost) normal. We are all blown away by the quality of healthcare that we received. Thanks also to all of the kind words and deeds from friends and family! #trulyblessed My 4 year old making a #thankyou card for the life saving #drgalloway of #nyulangonemedicalcenter.
