Detail of the Connie Wilbur Memorial Trophy presented to winning floats in Hinckley Carnivals between 1984 and 2001. The trophy is in memory of Connie Wilbur the organising secretary of Hinckley Carnival Committee over many years.

The 2011 Minnesota Lynx WNBA championship trophy was on display before the T'wolves-Cavs game on January 6, 2011
The trophy hall at GVSU... wasn't crazy with the focus in this photo (a little blurry) but really liked the reflection and line in the glass.
* This is the 22" model of Philip Rhodes designed the Swiftsure 33 Model-Memorial Trophy.
The model is mounted on the Mahogany backboard.
The model dimension is 22"(L) x 7.5"(H) x 3.5"(D) . The size of the backboard is 30.5"(W) x 22.5"(H). The model scale is 1/18. The size of the brass blank plates are 3"(W) x 1"(H).The model weight is 15 LBS.

Such an iconic figure - the businessman off to work with fedora and briefcase in hand. While the vintage Mad Men trophy was at one time dressed in a metalic finish, some long ago crafter decided to dress him up with a bit of color. This just adds so much to the vintage charm! I can just see a child painting him to look like their dad.

The business man is on the move with his briefacase and sporting a fedora.and a narrow lapel on his two piece suit. The tie and skinny pants brings the mid century creation full cirlce and could be a Mad Man today!
The original plaque is long gone but the solid wood base is designed for you to place any comments you'd like in the slot - be it printed off the computer (as shown in these pics) or a customized brass engraving (easy to have made at any trophy shop).
