Before you bluff you need to consider six things: your opponents, your image, the betting history of each hand, your position, the strength of your hand, and the size of the bet. In the very real world game of knowledge, politics and power, it has always been easy for the players in the prime position to bluff by hovering over the head of the table with their surveillance sytems and puppet strings. Now the tables have turned and the rest of us sitting at the table have access to information that was meant to stay hidden. But how do you keep playing the game if everyone knows the cards you are holding?
Transparency Poker is a set of poker cards featuring all the players from the game of transparency; The trick of these poker cards is that there is no back to the cards to hide behind, only two fronts.
The poker game becomes an experimental system that examines how absolute transparency could change the game structures of contemporary civilisation. Political structures and legal codes would lose the ability to function as sytems that can be played by individuals and instead become, like what will happen in the game of poker, systems of equal distribution.

Glass stereo slides of Germany. G-aunts posing in the rain. Taken with the Richard Verascope stereo camera.
Photos taken by my g-grandfather during trips to England and Europe, with the family, 1907 -1922.
The slides, contain two small positive transparency images, of 38 x38mm (1 ½”) , giving a reasonable medium-resolution image.
The images are normally viewed with the self-advancing tray viewer – the Richard Taxiphote cabinet stereo viewer.

From a series of photos taken with water as the theme, the photograph I took of my friend Silvana fascinated me for the intensity of the light in the water glass.

Waiting for.....
In the meantime, I have work to do... wounds to heal, anger to pacify, a book to write, reasons to find...
Like this , it was a "karmic accident", playing with motion and lightning.
