I spotted this red Asics trainer stuck to a wall in Newcastle today!
It looks brand new so might be a new marketing campaign......or some 'free runner' left it behind.
Unhappy with my days mission to photograph a film location, I took out my frustration of having nothing suitable on this chap who was at the time enjoying his lunch in the park.

A single training shoe shot done at home whilst in lockdown in the UK. Various flashes used to highlight specific areas on the shoe. This is one of my first attempts at product photography and hopefully something i can build on to improve gradually.

Blaydon Race 2015
The Blaydon Race is a 5.7 mile athletics race from Newcastle upon Tyne to Blaydon, in England, that is steeped in local tradition. It takes place on June 9th every year starting on Collingwood Street in Newcastle, heading west along Scotswood Road and finishing in Blaydon. The actual race was the inspiration for Dr James Dewar of Blaydon Harriers, who organised the first 24 races starting in 1981. In the early years, the race attracted around 250 entries and now attracts entries of 4000 plus

Well, all I got a chance to shoot today was this cute pair of boots. I was at my Nephew's birthday party and these belonged to one of his friends.

A group of trees on the University of Minnesota campus is festooned with footwear, presumably unwanted by their owners, though I did not observe any students hobbling around on one shoe. (I resisted any temptation to make the heading ‘Shoe Tree.)

Thankfully not my other half's shoe cupboard.
Passed a shop front in the Dubai Mall and this colourful colloection caught my eye.
Have played around to see if I can get a better picture by cropping but so far I think I prefer the original shot as shown here.
