My friend sparred in he Army long ago and took a YMCA boxercise class - too, long ago. He as a runner and basketball playing nut, but has fallen on hard times. Fitness has always been part of his life. Never drives - no car these days. A 5-6 mile walk is nothing for him. Might be bi-polar - I never knew - before. Sadly - is living on the street again. Covid scares him and when he has savings - opts for a cheap motel.

As usual I was at the gym doing my own thing last night. Anyways I now have a big ass bruise on my right foot *sigh....
I was hoping these would last longer, I got them last year and they are quite comfortable and offer a lot of grip... But unfortunately they no longer carry these in the sports stores. :(
