A trailers brake started to get hot and started a fire.

The mobile home is a caravan that is so large that it cannot and may not be transported by road very regularly. The caravans are delivered to their pitch by a transport company . Unlike the normal caravan, the mobile home cannot be towed by a passenger car or van. A truck is needed to move a mobile home, a tractor is also used for short distances .
Trailer processed with some harsher tones. I like how this feels. These are my first experimental shots of Ilford Super XP2 35mm film. I shot these on a very overcast day with a Voigtlander Bessa T and Voigtlander 40mm f/1.4 Classic SC lens. I shot these at ISO 400 and paid no real attention to lighting.
The goal was to test diluted C-41 stand development. The film was supposed to be developed at 70 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes with inversions at 15 and 30 minutes. C-41 mixed 1:9 so 30ml in a 300 ml soup. All worked fine until I realized the temp in the darkroom was actually 60 degrees - both water and developer. Too late to go back so we got these and foxed with potassium ferricyanide bleach and homemade Ammonium theiosulfate fixer. (both 5 minutes at "room" temperature).
Overall the negatives look ok and the pictures came out. Many were dark and some seemed to suffer from the poor developer temperature. Not a fail, just not inconclusive. The developer is old, but it has been sealed since mixed.
The process is doable so now some more serious controlled tests.

I found an old bicycle trailer that the top had rotted in the the sun and decided make a really Tiny Tear Drop trailer . Not much more work on the bottom , hinges and fenders .Should I paint it some lovely 1950's colors or leave it a brushed aluminum . It is discoloring with nothing to protect it . The back half just lifts up , I need to add a handle . I'm thinking a Celeste Blue like my Becky " my Bianchi bicycle ".Check out the set for updates .

Some information about the Class 90:
The British Rail Class 90 electric locomotives were built by BREL at Crewe in 1987-1990, weighing 84.5 tonnes and with a top speed of 110 mph (180 km/h). They operate from 25 kV AC overhead lines and produce 5,000 bhp (3,700 kW). The class is employed on express passenger and heavy freight trains. Their main passenger roles include the Caledonian Sleeper, the ex-Virgin trains Mark 3 set and the Abellio Greater Anglia services from London to Norwich. Freight operations are with DB Schenker and Freightliner on a mixture of roles mainly on the West Coast Main Line and the Great Eastern Main Line.
Fifty Class 90/0 locomotives were built in the late 1980s, numbered 90001-050. They were developed from the Class 87, with many improvements and new features. The Class 90s were primarily built to replace the ageing Classes 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85 dating from the early 1960s, which were prone to fire damage.
The class is fitted with rheostatic brakes in addition to standard Westinghouse air brake equipment. A Time-Division Multiplexer (TDM) is fitted to enable two or more locomotives to work in multiple. It also allows a Class 90 to work a push-pull passenger train with a Driving Van Trailer (DVT), DBSO or Propelling Control Vehicle.
A Class 90 with a rake of eight British Rail Mark 3 coaches and a Driving Van Trailer (DVT) will reach 60 mph (97 km/h) in just over 1 mile (1.6 km), and 100 mph (161 km/h) in another 1 1⁄2 miles (2.4 km).

Seen on Route 66 in Cuba, Missouri. I thought it interesting that someone would add an asphalt shingled gable roof, regular windows and vinyl siding to a travel trailer. There is probably a good story here, but I don't know what it is. There's just no telling what you'll see if you keep your eyes open on Route 66.
I think of all the De Rooy combinations i have ever photographed,this one has to be the most unusual in design. This has to be the longest trailer i have seen along with a very short front end.

This is a rare example of the first products of the DAF Truck Company.
The brothers Hub and Wim van Doorne started a machine factory in 1928 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In 1932 the company's name was changed to "Van Doorne's Aanhangwagenfabriek", in short: DAF (aanhangwagen means trailer, Anhänger or remorque). Only in the early 1950s the company started tot built trucks. In 1958 the first passenger car was presented, the Daf 600. Meanwhile the production of trailers was continued, but they were of less importance.
This trailer is in use as a storage container for a moving company, and on this place for more than 25 years.

After a fantastic time in Portland, we are now back on the road. Heading south ! Oregon coast and then California.
We are now deep in the country side in Grand Ronde, with Lucie from Marseille that we met on Couchsurfing and who is Wwoofing here. Rick the owner is really cool. The place has 6 Lamas ! And plenty of cats. This place has a beautiful soul. We help out on whatever has to be done here, but now it’s snowing, so it slows down what has to be done outside.

Apres un fantastique séjour a Portland, nous voila repartis sur la route, continuons le chemin vers le sud ! La cote de l’Oregon et de la Californie.
Nous sommes actuellement dans les terres, a Grand Ronde avec Lucie une marseillaise rencontres grace a Couchsurfing et qui fait du WWOOFING. Rick le propriétaire est vraiment cool. Il y a 6 lamas, plein de chats et cet endroit a vraiment une belle ame. On aide dans le jardin ou dans la maison mais pour l’instant il neige donc on reste plutôt a l’intérieur.
