The purpose of this article is to provide information on the availability and cost of a full 454 big block stroker kit. It is important to remember that these kits can vary greatly in price and quality, so it is important to do your due diligence before making a purchase. This kit was recently removed from a classic car and was stored in a garage until now. It has been meticulously maintained and has not been damaged in any way. Ford 351 windsor intake manifold install: As you begin the installation it is important to know that not all manifolds will work with all engines. For this reason it is a good idea to consult a repair manual for information regarding the specific configuration of your engine prior to beginning the process. Once you have identified the correct manifold for your car you can begin the installation process by following these steps: Disconnect the fuel line from the carburettor by removing a clamp located at the base of the carb with a pair of pliers or an adjustable wrench. Next you will remove the wire harness that runs between the accelerator pedal and the throttle body. Remove the four bolts that secure the throttle body to the engine block using a pair of socket wrenches and a ratchet. Remove the return spring from the carburetor mounting base and attach it to the new intake manifold assembly.
